1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Create only ONE account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tor138 is legally required to verify the identity of all users. You agree to:

• Complete KYC verification by submitting clear copies of your Indonesian national ID (KTP), proof of address, and a selfie holding your ID, as requested by our compliance team.
• Understand that withdrawal requests will be held pending successful KYC verification.
• Acknowledge that tor138 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy regulatory requirements or investigate suspicious activity.
• Accept that failure to complete KYC within 30 days of account creation may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Deposits to your tor138 account are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 IDR. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.
• Accepted payment methods include Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Deposits are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to bank processing times or technical issues.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned.
• tor138 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear fraudulent, involve stolen payment credentials, or violate anti-money laundering regulations.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your tor138 account are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 IDR. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly caps.
• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your verified name that match your KYC documents.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Requests made outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus-related wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings. See Section 4 for details.
• tor138 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests (above Rp 50.000.000), which may extend processing time up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawal fees may apply depending on payment method and VIP status. Standard users pay Rp 5.000 per withdrawal; VIP members enjoy fee-free withdrawals.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tor138 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. You agree that:

• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used as a payment processing service.
• We reserve the right to investigate and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Accounts involved in potential money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and funds may be frozen.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and incentives offered by tor138 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly, will result in confiscation of bonus funds and account closure.
• Each bonus has a specified wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x the bonus amount) that must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active (typically Rp 50.000 per bet/spin). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and related winnings.
• Bonuses expire after a specified validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from activation). Unused or unwagered bonuses will be removed after expiry.
• tor138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

The tor138 welcome bonus (100% match up to Rp 5.000.000) is available to new users upon their first deposit and is subject to:

• Minimum qualifying deposit of Rp 50.000.
• 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• 30-day validity period from activation date.
• Eligible games: slots, live casino, sports betting.
• Maximum bet of Rp 50.000 per spin/bet while bonus is active.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets or playing games on tor138, you agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. We cannot cancel or modify bets after placement except in cases of obvious technical error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets, varying by game type and user VIP tier.
• tor138 reserves the right to void bets if we detect collusion, fraud, suspicious betting patterns, or exploitation of technical errors.
• In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Bets remain valid regardless of venue changes, postponements, or abandoned matches unless explicitly stated in specific market rules.

5.2 Sports Betting

tor138 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Dota 2, CS:GO). Specific rules apply:

• For football matches, bets are settled based on the result at the end of normal time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless betting on a "To Qualify" or tournament outright market.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under bets follow standard Asian betting rules. Half-goal handicaps result in win/loss; quarter-goal handicaps may result in half-win/half-loss settlements.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win. If one or more selections void (match postponed, abandoned), those legs are treated as odds of 1.00 and the remaining valid legs settle normally.
• Live in-play betting odds and markets are updated in real-time. Bets placed during periods when live data is delayed or incorrect may be voided at tor138's discretion.

5.3 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games, slots, and live dealer games offered by tor138 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealers from licensed providers. You acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealer action and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific short-term result.
• In the event of a game disconnection, any active bet or game round will continue automatically and settle according to the final result. You can view the outcome in your game history.

6. Account Security and Responsible Use

• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.

• Abusing customer support staff or engaging in harassment, threats, or offensive behavior toward tor138 employees or other users.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tor138 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any losses incurred from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to betting losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.
• Technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party service provider failures beyond our control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances caused by technical glitches. In such cases, tor138 reserves the right to correct the error and void affected bets.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tor138 is licensed. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and tor138, you agree to:

9. Amendments to Terms

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining account balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting applicable fees.
• Pending bets will be settled according to their outcome.
• All bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited.

10.2 tor138-Initiated Termination

tor138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You are discovered to be underage (under 21 years) at the time of account creation.
• You abuse bonuses, create multiple accounts, or engage in prohibited activities.

In such cases, tor138 may forfeit your account balance and withhold funds pending investigation. Refunds will be issued only for verified legitimate deposits, excluding any fraudulent gains or bonus abuse profits.
